AGROMAX IS HIRING A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (INDUSTRIAL PUMPS)

Job Location: Biyagama, Malwana

Global Resources Solutions International, a leader in innovative water pumping solutions, is seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Executive to drive sales and manage projects for government and non-governmental tenders. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in the water pump industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide tailored solutions based on customer needs.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive sales and maintain relationships in the industrial water pump sector.
  • Manage government and non-government tenders, ensuring compliance and follow-up.
  • Conduct technical presentations and provide in-depth product advice.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide field support, including installation, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and collaborate with teams for product improvements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Engineering (NVO or equivalent), preferably with a focus on water pump technology or mechanical engineering.
  • 2-3 years of technical sales experience, ideally within the water pump or related industry.
  • Proven experience in handling government and non-governmental tenders.
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial water pumps and applications.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Age: Below 35 years.
