Sales Executive – HVAC & Generators

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand NativeWay’s HVAC and Generator client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct site visits and engage with clients to assess technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and technical presentations tailored to individual client needs.
  • Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and follow through to ensure seamless delivery and execution of projects.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Manage and promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and ensure consistent follow-up with clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and client communications.
  • Provide post-sales support, including resolving issues and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Requirements

  • Age: Below 40 years.
  • Qualifications: A degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, especially within HVAC, Generator systems, or technical industries.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC and Generator systems and their applications.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Other: Proficiency in English is required; CRM tool knowledge is an added advantage.

Candidates residing in or near Anuradhapura, Matara and Kandy areas will be given preference.
