PRIMARY JOB ROLE
- Drive the development and implementation of HR processes, policies, and practices, shaping a progressive work environment.
- Lead & organize employee engagement and wellbeing related events and activities.
- Oversee the entire employee life cycle, from attracting top talent through recruitment efforts to conducting performance evaluation management.
- Provide administrative support to efficiently carry out day-to-day office operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business Administration/ HR or equivalent.
- Excellent command in both oral & written English.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a similar capacity would be an added advantage.
- Preferably age below 30 years.
