PRIMARY JOB ROLE

  • Drive the development and implementation of HR processes, policies, and practices, shaping a progressive work environment.
  • Lead & organize employee engagement and wellbeing related events and activities.
  • Oversee the entire employee life cycle, from attracting top talent through recruitment efforts to conducting performance evaluation management.
  • Provide administrative support to efficiently carry out day-to-day office operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Business Administration/ HR or equivalent.
  • Excellent command in both oral & written English.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a similar capacity would be an added advantage.
  • Preferably age below 30 years.
