Accounts Assistant
Motha Confectionery Works (Pvt) Ltd is the clear leader in Sri Lanka’s dessert and beverage mixes and baking ingredients products with a respected history of over 60 years. We are looking for a self-motivated, well organized team player to join our Finance team.
Job Requirements
- Passed GCE A/L exam with good results in Commerce stream
- Fully or partly qualified in professional Accounting (CA/AAT)
- 1 to 2 year experience in similar capacity
- Familiarity with the RAMIS, VAT and submitting Tax returns
- Ability to work in an ERP environment
- Proficiency in MS Office package
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Age below 35 years
- Female candidates are preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day financial transactions including Accounts payable, Receivable and bank reconciliation
- Assist in preparing financial reports, Budgets and Audits
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to support business operations
Remuneration package is negotiable and will be on par with the industrial standards.
