Sri Ramco Roofings Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, Pallegodawatta Industrial Estate, Meegama, Dharga Town (Mathugama) is a subsidiary of Ramco Group of Companies from India. This BOI company is engaged in the production of high quality fibre cement roofing Sheets with ultra-modern technology. We have the following positions open in above location for committed and dedicated Male candidates.
JUNIOR ENGINEER ( ELECTRICAL & PRODUCTION )
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Should work in shifts
- Ensure Productivity and maintain zero breakdown.
- Should follow CM / PM activities
- Providing leadership & support to production team.
- Ensure that the production team / subordinates are briefed and in alignment with organization cultural goals and performance goals.
- Responsible for TPM, 1S and 2S activities
- In depth focus on quality and operational excellence.
Ideal Candidate should have Following Qualifications
- A Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Manufacturing, Science or related field.
- Electronics form a recognized university / Institute.
- For Electrical engineers, 03 years of experience PLC RX 5000 logic, exposure in VFD, exposure in SCADA will be considered for higher position.
- Transformer, Generator & systems to be Knowledge required.
- Good knowledge in production activities, Electrical and Mechanical subjects Knowledge with Motors, Pumps, gear boxes & Maintaining manufacturing/ mechanical equipment.
- Self-motivated, Innovative, Independent working capability is a must.
- Experience in following CM / PM activities, 5S, TPM knowledge is added advantage.
