Customer Care Officer - Marketing

Qualifications:

  • Certificate in Digital Marketing / Marketing
  • Previous experience in customer service or customer support roles preferred.
  • Familiarity with Meta suit, Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in English is compulsory, knowledge in Chinese would be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support:
    • Answer customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, chat, WhatsApp, Meta app or in-person.
    • Provide information on company products, services, policies, and procedures.
    • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
    • Offer solutions, alternatives, and recommendations to meet customer needs.
  2. Problem Resolution:
    • Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues, coordinating with other departments.
    • Follow up on open customer queries and complaints to ensure resolution.
    • Document and track customer interactions in the system for reference and analysis.
  3. Product Knowledge:
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services.
    • Stay informed about new offerings, promotions, and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
  4. Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing personalized care and attention.
    • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest improvements.
  5. Data Entry and Reporting:
    • Report creation and submission to department head.
    • Monitor and report recurring issues or trends to management.
  6. Adherence to Company Policies:
    • Ensure compliance with all customer care-related policies, standards, and procedures.
    • Handle sensitive customer information protecting confidentiality.
