STORE KEEPER (WADDUWA)

Home Lands Constructions (Pvt) Ltd. is searching dedicated, dynamic and result-oriented individuals who would like to be a part of our winning team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and manage inventory turnover
  • Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies
  • Oversee the receiving of materials and equipment, ensuring they meet quality and specification standards
  • Implement best practices for the safe storage of construction materials
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations regarding materials handling
  • Work closely with procurement, project managers, and site supervisors to understand material needs
  • Address and resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies or supply chain delays

Qualifications

  • Passed G.C.E. (A/L)
  • Academic qualification from a recognized institute in relation to store management will be an added advantage
  • Minimum Three (03) years experience in a similar capacity and essential working experience in the Building Construction Industry
  • Computer literacy is compulsory with sound knowledge in MS Office and MS Excel
  • Experience in SAP system is a must
  • Should be a male candidate below 45 years
  • Should be willing to work for extended hours
