The Oasis Hambantota – Commi Chefs 1,2 & 3 Vacancy
Our Resort Hotel is located down south in Hambantota with 54 rooms widely spread out on our 15-acre property. Surrounded by tropical lush garden offering peace, tranquility and with impeccable service. To be a part of our successful team we’re now on the lookout for suitable individuals for the following vacancies below:
Kitchen Department
- Commi I, II, III (Pastry & Desserts & Western Cuisine, Sri Lankan)
Requirements:
- At least 2 years or more experience in star class hotels in Sri Lanka or Abroad
- Professional qualification from recognized institute
- Good Command in English written & spoken
- Budget and prepare food costing on weekly and monthly basis to Management
- Prepare dishes accordingly to the menus and maintain the food standard
