Senior Executive - Sales

Revolucion Leisure Hub is Sri Lanka's largest and most prestigious fitness center, located in the heart of Pepiliyana.

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for leading the sales team towards achieving monthly sales targets by providing guidance, support, and motivation. The role includes identifying team strengths, delegating tasks effectively, and monitoring performance to ensure the successful execution of strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed monthly targets.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organisational goals.
  • Optimize team schedules for maximum productivity.
  • Delegate tasks based on strengths and track progress.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance.
  • Drive business growth through lead management.
  • Implement and oversee cross-sales and upselling initiatives.
  • Ensure documentation of sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the leisure, fitness, or hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
  • Conversational proficiency in English.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in achieving targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Working Hours:

Afternoon Shift - 1:30pm to 11pm
