JOB ROLE
- Collaborate with senior architects during project development stages.
- Create detailed architectural drawings using industry-standard software.
- Stay updated on architectural trends, designs, and sustainable practices.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other requirements.
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
- Relevant BSc or professional certificate from a recognized institute would be an added advantage.
- Ideal candidates preferably around 30 years old.
- Technical skills in handling software.
- Creative & conceptual skills. Effective problem-solving abilities.
