Intern - Process Optimization
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough study of the existing changeover processes.
- Propose and assist in implementing process improvements to reduce downtime and increase machine availability and performance.
- Collaborate with the production team to collect and analyze operational data.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering, Data science and analytics, Operations or Industrial management or any B.Sc. undergraduate who is willing to participate in the manufacturing process optimization project.
- Possesses strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
- Prior experience or coursework related to production optimization will be an added advantage.
