Maitland and Knox Heritage Hotel Manage three luxury boutique hotels “The Galle Fort Hotel”, “Thotalagala Bungalow” and “The Warden’s House” which are some of island’s best boutique hotels with a deft combination of history, luxury and serenity.
Thotalagala Bungalow is steeped in history and is one of the first 19th century tea planter’s bungalows in Sri Lanka. Thotalagala offers guests a completely immersive and utterly indulgent experience.
ON THE LOOKOUT FOR BELOW POSITIONS
ASSISTANT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager in daily operations of the bungalow
- Oversee guest experiences and ensure exceptional service standards
- Coordinate housekeeping, food & beverage, and front office teams
Prerequisites:
- Prior experience in a boutique hotel or luxury hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team with confidence and empathy
BUTLER
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to guests with warmth and professionalism
- Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored service with attention to detail
- Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments for smooth service
Prerequisites:
- Previous experience as a butler or in high-end guest service roles
- Polished communication and presentation skills
