Production Supervisor – Ganemulla / Gampaha Region
We are a well-established company specializing in the manufacturing and supplying of premium cosmetic products, detergents, and hotel room amenities for the leisure industry, catering to both local and international markets.
We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic, results-driven, and self-motivated individual residing in or around the Ganemulla / Gampaha area to join our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily factory operations, ensuring efficient and timely production according to schedule.
- Lead the production team to meet daily production targets. Ensure quality standards (ISO 9001:2015 & GMP) are met at every stage of production.
- Maintain a safe, organized and efficient production process.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in manufacturing or production management will be an added advantage.
- Age above 35 years.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strong communication skills for coordination with management, employees, and other departments.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and effectively.
