Are you a seasoned Operation Manager
with a proven track record in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry? We are a well-reputed food and beverages manufacturing company based in Northwestern Province, and we are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Operation Manager.

Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve production targets with continuous improvement in productivity, quality, skills, and cost reduction.
- Maximize sales through quality compliance and development of new components.
- Monitor and reduce manufacturing costs by decreasing cycle times, minimizing rework and rejection, reducing downtime, and optimizing resource use.
- Implement and uphold safety procedures, identify unsafe conditions, and prevent accidents.
- Drive and implement new systems such as Preventive Maintenance, Quality Management initiatives, GMP, IPQC, Statistical Quality Practice, and SOP documentation.
Qualification required:
Graduation or Post Graduation in Engineering with MBA qualification, Supply Chain preferably.
