Front Office Executive

  • Supervising the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared to standard
  • Conducting regular room inspections to maintain cleanliness and functionality
  • Coordinating with maintenance for any room repairs or issues
  • Managing room allocations based on guest preferences and needs
  • Monitoring room inventory and ensuring proper stock levels of guest supplies
  • Ensuring room turnover is efficient to maximize occupancy
  • Handling any guest complaints or issues related to room quality or amenities

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other office software.
  • Experience in front office or housekeeping roles, with at least 3 years
  • Proficiency in German Language would be a plus.
