Job Description
WE'RE HIRING
Front Office Executive
Supervising the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared to standard
Conducting regular room inspections to maintain cleanliness and functionality
Coordinating with maintenance for any room repairs or issues
Managing room allocations based on guest preferences and needs
Monitoring room inventory and ensuring proper stock levels of guest supplies
Ensuring room turnover is efficient to maximize occupancy
Handling any guest complaints or issues related to room quality or amenities
Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Excel and other office software.
Experience in front office or housekeeping roles, with at least 3 years
Proficiency in German Language would be a plus.
