22y – 50y
- Completed a Diploma or NVQ Level qualification with a Minimum of 3 - 10 year of kitchen background.
- Knowledge of Preparing, Storage, Ordering, Stock rotation, Hygiene is a must with the capability of leading and working with in a team.
- Ability to work under pressure reliable, flexible and responsible.
- Training in food safety.
- Experience with long shifts.
Kitchen Trainee / Apprentice / Helper
16 – 25 y
A/L or O/L
