WE ARE LOOKING FOR

ASSISTANT FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
  • Extensive experience in managing multiple outlets in large-scale, luxury hotel/resort operations
  • Ability to coordinate events, promotions, and special activities
  • Sound knowledge of F&B trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Well informed of compliance with health & Safety standards
  • Proficient in the use of micros POS, and other F&B and hotel related software
  • Thorough experience of creating & implementing Standard Operating Procedures
  • Strong problem-solving skills; compose under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Highly collaborative with other departments.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage, train and inspire a diverse team
  • Fair knowledge of Recruitment & Retention best practices
  • Knowledge of monitoring financial performance, preparing budgets, forecasts, and reports
  • This role demands a consistent presence on the floor and steady support for the team.
  • Able to speak and write fluently in English
