WE ARE LOOKING FOR
ASSISTANT FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Extensive experience in managing multiple outlets in large-scale, luxury hotel/resort operations
- Ability to coordinate events, promotions, and special activities
- Sound knowledge of F&B trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Well informed of compliance with health & Safety standards
- Proficient in the use of micros POS, and other F&B and hotel related software
- Thorough experience of creating & implementing Standard Operating Procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills; compose under pressure.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Highly collaborative with other departments.
- Proven ability to effectively manage, train and inspire a diverse team
- Fair knowledge of Recruitment & Retention best practices
- Knowledge of monitoring financial performance, preparing budgets, forecasts, and reports
- This role demands a consistent presence on the floor and steady support for the team.
- Able to speak and write fluently in English
