Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support organizational development and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma / Certificate in HRM or a related field.
- Proven HR experience with knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Age between 25 – 40 years.
