SOURCING EXECUTIVE
We are seeking an ambitious, tenacious, and proactive team player to work with our factory staff and capitalize on our strategic business development plan. We would like to meet you if you are motivated and results-oriented and enjoy working in a team environment.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture from a recognized institution is advantageous.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, in the agricultural sector.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural products such as spices, essential oils, and natural ingredients.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with farmers, suppliers, and vendors.
- Understanding of sourcing strategies, procurement procedures, and supply chain management.
- Ability to research and evaluate potential vendors to ensure cost-effective sourcing.
- Familiarity with market trends, marketing dynamics, and business strategy adjustments in the agricultural sector.
- Willingness to travel extensively to source products and build connections.
- Already having similar experience sourcing spices and essential oils is an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and software.
- Candidates below 35 years of age are encouraged to apply.
