HEAD OF FINANCE (RAGAMA)
FOR OUR CLIENT!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee overall finance operations of the Hospital, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Initiate financial strategies to enhance profitability and cost efficiency
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes
- Ensure compliance related to Taxation, financial regulations, and audit requirements
- Optimize revenue cycle management, including billing, collections, and reimbursements
- Lead financial risk management and internal control measures
- Provide strategic financial insights to support hospital expansion and investment decisions
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Chartered Accountant (CA Sri Lanka or equivalent) is preferred
- MBA/Master’s in Finance/Accounting is an added advantage
- Minimum 05-10 years of experience in financial management (with at least 2 years in a management role)
- Experience in the healthcare/hospital industry
- Expertise in financial regulations, taxation and audit processes
- Expertise in financial planning, cost control and risk management
- Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills
