We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, generate insights, and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance metrics.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business objectives.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices in data governance.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Knowledge of Apps Script, Google Cloud, and BigQuery, statistical methods, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques would be a significant added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
