MANAGER DIGITAL MARKETING

This leadership role will involve overseeing the creation, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns, driving brand engagement, and maintaining a strong, consistent online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s overall marketing goals.
    • Identify emerging trends and opportunities in social media and digital marketing, adjusting strategies accordingly.
    • Create a long-term social media roadmap to build and expand brand presence across multiple platforms.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration

    • Lead, mentor, and manage the social media team, including content creators, community managers, and analysts.
    • Foster a creative, innovative, and data-driven environment to push the boundaries of social media engagement.
  • Content and Campaign Management

    • Oversee the creation and execution of engaging content (images, videos, blogs, stories, etc.) tailored to each social platform.
    • Plan and manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on ROI and lead generation.
    • Ensure content is on-brand, reflects the company’s voice, and engages target audiences effectively.
  • Analytics and Performance Tracking

    • Monitor, measure, and report on social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
    • Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, traffic, and conversion, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
    • Regularly review social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement, growth, and conversion rates.
  • Community Engagement

    • Address customer inquiries and manage brand reputation on social channels by responding promptly to feedback, both positive and negative.
    • Collaborate with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors to amplify social media presence.
  • Brand Advocacy

    • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social platforms.
    • Act as a key advocate for the company’s social media presence, ensuring alignment with brand values and goals.
    • Develop and lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness and reputation through social media.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends

    • Continuously research and keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
    • Experiment with new social media features and platforms to drive innovation and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing social media strategies across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of analytics, social media management tools, and content management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content and messaging.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising and budget management.
  • Passion for staying ahead of industry trends and evolving digital marketing practices.
