Executive Work Studies
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience in Ladies Fashion garment manufacturing process.
- Should be able to make operation Break Downs with SMV based target calculations.
- Carry out time and method study evaluations in the floor and improve productivity and sewing efficiency. Prepare line balancing and layouts for style changeovers.
- Develop skill development plans for team members to achieve desired output & efficiency.
- Diploma/ Certificate in Work study or other relevant professional qualification will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
