Basic Qualifications
External Candidates (1, 3 and 4 below)
The Ideal Candidates should be:
- Pass the GCE O/L 6 subjects with 4 Credits including Sinhala/Tamil and Mathematics and English as required for the job title in one sitting
- Pass G.C.E. Advanced Level with minimum 03 passes except General Paper
- Experience in factory maintenance and its documentation at least 5 years in paper manufacturing industry
- Having a course followed in typing/computer literacy as an extra qualification
Salary as per the 2/2016 circular – MA 1-1
Special concerns:
Ability to work as a team, motivate others and work with self-initiatives under minimum supervision and work under pressure and strict deadlines with perfect communication skills, analytical skills and people management skills.
