Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within the hotel industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management skills
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle on-ground situations, including critical staffing issues
- Must have a valid driving license
- Age below 45
