Deputy Manager/Manager - CRM Division
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you have a solid background in CRM and a knack for optimizing customer journeys? At Citizens Development Business Finance PLC, we're looking for a dynamic individual to join our growing team as a Deputy Manager/Manager in our CRM Division.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in customer experience and service management, preferably within banking or finance
- Strong expertise in customer journey mapping, CX metrics and service excellence principles
- Be able to contribute to the design and implementation of a comprehensive customer experience roadmap, ensuring a seamless and intuitive journey across all customer touchpoints
- Monitor and enhance customer interactions by identifying pain points and ensuring smooth, personalized experiences
- Leverage analytics to gain insights into customer needs, improve service standards and ensure that service levels meet performance expectations
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Management or relevant field
- Proven hands-on experience with CRM systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to lead teams and drive customer-centric initiatives
