Job Description
Job Role:
- Focus on the quality aspect of technical decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct technical training sessions for underwriting and sales teams.
- Contribute to product development by working on product specifications, policy conditions and proposal forms.
- Confirm alignment with established operational processes.
- Handle responses to regulators, Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), Financial Crime and Counter Terrorism Division (FCCID) and ombudsman.
- Address matters referred to Life Operations.
- Ensure technical compliance with regulatory requirements for new processes.
- Participate in system projects as a representative from the Life Technical Division.
Job Pre-Requisites:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred first class or second upper) in insurance stream.
- Two years of experience in the field of life insurance will be considered.
- Must be competent with MI, reporting and data analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
