OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Airport Representative, this role is responsible for providing personalized service to guests, ensuring guest satisfaction from their arrival/departure in airport.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure all guests on arrival meet on time and provide a warm welcome.
- Ensure all guest luggages are collected.
- Ensure guest arrival at the airport is seamless and quickly escorted to the speedboat.
- Escort guests to the speedboat and provide a full briefing regarding estimated travelling time, and safety guidelines, following standards of the resort.
- Assist guests with lifeguard, highlighting the importance of safety and security.
- Wait at the Jetty for guests who left the resort, assist with unloading luggage and escort them to the departure gate.
- Keep the Front Office team informed about any delayed flights, unavoidable incidents at the airport that may affect the guest’s transfers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or related
- Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a luxury resort or hotel setting
- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a positive & flexible attitude.
- Candidates must demonstrate a dynamic, positive, and energetic leadership style with excellent communication skills.
