F&B Hostess / Waitress – Russian Speaking
As a member of the F&B Service Department, he/she would be responsible for welcoming the guests, seating the restaurant guests, providing friendly, accurate and courteous service in accordance with the hotel and outlet’s standards.
Requirements / Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in a five-star resort.
- Hardworking with a positive attitude and pleasant personality.
- Ability to communicate fluently in both Verbal and Written English.
- Multi-language is an added advantage. (Russian/Spanish/German)
- Flexible with duty hours & scope, and a team player.
- Guest oriented and service minded.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
- Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications.
- Ensuring guest expectations are met and exceeded in every interaction.
- Helping guests choose menu items or guiding them through drink options.
- To clean agreed designated station areas according to laid-down procedures, morning/evening routines, and hygiene requirements.
- To serve food and beverages by laid-down standards, but above all in a professional, courteous manner.
- To maintain a high customer service focus by approaching your job with the customers always in mind and being proactive in a timely manner towards their needs and requests.
- Ensures that all orders are correctly entered in the system and that all checks are entered accordingly.
