Opening for: HR ASSISTANT

With our growing dynamic team, we are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our HR department and contribute to the success of our people strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Should have a diploma or Higher Qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
- Computer literacy and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding and practical knowledge of labor laws and statutory returns.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
