ASSISTANT MANAGER MARKETING
Fine Group is a leading importer and distributor of Power Tools, Machinery, Hardware Items, and Spare Parts in Sri Lanka. We provide a wide range of products that cater to various industries, including Construction, Manufacturing, and more. We are now in an exciting phase of growth and are seeking a talented Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team and setting up of our branding department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales & marketing team to create a branding plan aligns with branding goals.
- Design and execute strategies to establish Fine Group as the top choice in power tools, machinery, and hardware items.
- Oversee design and implementations of attractive brand materials to effective communicate the brand’s message.
- Gather insights from customers and market data to fine-tune branding strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for positioning the brand effectively across industries such as construction and manufacturing.
Qualifications:
- Be male candidates, age between 25 to 45yrs.
- Degree/ Diploma or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business administration or relevant qualification.
- Proven experience in branding, marketing, Advertising or communications, ideally within the trading industry, hardware, or machinery sectors would be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of market trends, digital marketing, and branding strategies.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
