SENIOR REGULATORY EXECUTIVE
Location: COLOMBO 01
Our client is a supplier of a broad scope of solutions in the areas of laboratory, medical and office equipment and services. They are looking for a suitable, strong candidate to join their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate the registration of products with the National Medicines Regulatory Authority (NMRA) or other applicable regulatory bodies
- Work closely with international suppliers to address regulatory and registration requirements
- Secure the required licenses from appropriate government or regulatory agencies
- Organize and submit product samples to regulatory authorities as part of the registration process
- Support customs clearance procedures by supplying the necessary documentation and licenses
- Monitor regulatory status of products throughout their lifecycle to ensure ongoing compliance
- Maintain thorough records of regulatory activities and correspondence
- Prepare regulatory summaries and reports for internal stakeholders and management
REQUIREMENTS
- Successfully completed G.C.E. A/L in the Science stream; possessing a pharmacy qualification or a degree/diploma in science is advantageous
- Ideally, 3–4 years of experience in a similar position
- Familiarity with regulatory software tools and systems (e.g., eCTD, RIM)
- Proficient in English communication, fluent in Sinhala, and capable of working independently in a technology-driven environment
- Proven experience in managing regulatory submissions and approvals in multiple regions
