Ensure the smooth operation of UHT processing equipment by conducting preventive and corrective maintenance. Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
Monitor and improve the efficiency of the UHT production process by implementing best practices in maintenance and engineering.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) and workplace safety regulations.
Lead and train the maintenance team, assign tasks, and ensure work is completed efficiently.
Oversee spare parts inventory, procurement, and supplier coordination to ensure timely availability of critical components.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules and breakdown reports.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in UHT production maintenance or a related food processing environment.
Strong knowledge of UHT processing systems, aseptic packaging, and automation technologies.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues in UHT machinery.
Familiarity with food safety regulations, preventive maintenance standards, and energy management practices.
Ability to lead a team, coordinate with cross-functional departments, and effectively communicate maintenance strategies.
