For our Island wide branch network
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Excellent customer service.
- Achievement of assigned monthly targets.
- Ensure documentation process and accuracy of the transactions, payments are made on time.
- Manage Customer complaints effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly and outgoing personality with good command of both Sinhala and English Languages
- G.C.E (O/L) Examination with 3 years experience OR
- G.C.E (A/L) Examination with 3 passes with 2 year experience.
- Part qualification in Banking, Marketing, Credit Management is an added advantage
- School Leavers are also encouraged to apply
