Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office with strong command of Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.
Primary duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist senior management with data gathering, processing, and organization for strategic decision-making.
- Implement directives and follow up with sales teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Prepare and present management reports; lead monthly sales team meetings.
