Job Profile
- Under the guidance of Microbiologist to carry out Microbiological analyses relevant to manufacture and packaging of medical gloves.
- To maintain the relevant areas of Quality Management System as per ISO 13485 liaising with the Microbiologist and the senior lab technician.
- Follow GMPs of Laboratory and maintain the lab equipment in order.
- With the laboratory team, to find solutions to maintain environments and products with good hygienic conditions before packaging.
- Carry out tests to assure sterility of surgical gloves upon sterilization and in shelf life.
Requirements
- G.C.E. A/L qualification in Bio stream and minimum a credit pass for English Language a G.C.E. O/L examination.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision with great attention to details to achieve tight deadlines.
- Good oral and written communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
- Computer literacy including MS Office package.
- Possess at least 1-2 years’ experience in similar capacity.
- Be less than 25 years of age and be able to work long hours as and when required.
