IT FRONT END SUPPORT OFFICER
Sumathi Information Technologies (Private) Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of Sumathi Holdings and commenced business in the arena of computer networking & data communication in 2001 offering total ICT solutions under one roof.
We are looking for a Creative, Knowledgeable and well experienced professional who can join our winning team to deliver quality work to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, configure and deployment of End User Devices
- Perform troubleshooting activities and attend to IT systems support activities of End User Devices such as PC, Laptop, Printers, etc & fine tuning the End User Devices
- Govern Hardware Warranty Management
- Install, advance, modify and disposals & perform regular upgrades and preventive maintenance of End User Devices
- Run comprehensive PC health checkups for Desktop Management Systems such as SCCM, McAfee & Dat’s
- Visit consumer locations to support & prevent user IT system failures
- Ensure privacy and data protection & Adhere to the SLA and timelines.
- Maintain up to date product/solution knowledge on the technology sectors.
- Completing the assigned certifications prior to the deadlines
Requirements
- Diploma or certification related to computer hardware installation and troubleshooting
- Good domain knowledge and minimum 6 months' of experience
- School leavers having substantial knowledge in the End-User Device domain shall be considered
- Good communication skills in both English and Sinhala languages and smart customer interfacing
- Positive attitude and ability to work as a team & Willingness to travel to outstation locations
- Selected candidate will be placed on a leading Banking Environment in Sri Lanka to handle the Onsite IT helpdesk support operations
- Working hours of the selected candidate will be Monday to Friday from 8.30 A.M to 5.30 P.M & Saturday from 8.30 A.M to 2.30 P.M
