Production Data Analysis Executive / Senior Executive

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of production lines.
- Maintain quality standards and implement measures to reduce wastage.
- Manage staff including operators, helpers, and supervisors across multiple shifts.
- Monitor daily output and adjust operations to maintain consistency.
- Implement continuous improvements to enhance productivity.
- Carry out weekly production planning and capacity management.
- Coordinate shift plans and machine allocations to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to reduce machine downtime.
- Monitor machine performance and implement preventive actions to minimize breakdowns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institute in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly in the Polysacks industry, is an added advantage.
- Ability to think innovatively with a strong analytical mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Sinhala and working knowledge of English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Experience with Power BI for data analysis is an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Practical experience in handling production data within the SAP Hana system.
- Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
