Manager Finance
Cable solutions PLC is a Sri Lanka based specialist manufacturer of the Kablr brand of cables, wires, and harness for virtually all segments in the international electronics market. It specializes in designing performance cables for specific applications, including extreme temperatures, confined spaces, chemicals, oil, abrasion, harsh environmental resistance, high performance flex/torsion and more.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manager Finance to join our team. The Manager Finance will play a key role in finance department and will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and ensuring accuracy to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial implementation activities in alignment with the established plan and budget
- Maintain accurate and up to date financial records ensuring all related transactions are properly documented and reported
- Involvement in budget tracking, financial forecasting, and expenditure management
- Prepare and review financial reports ensuring compliance with the organization guidelines
- Assist in the preparation of the audits, ensuring all necessary financial documentation is available and accurate
- Ensure timely processing of payments, reimbursement and financial disbursements related to operations
- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders and auditors to ensure transparency and accountability in financial activities
- Monitor financial risks, provide recommendations for budget adjustments and support financial decision making for operations
- Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and solutions
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business management or a related field
- A professional qualification from CASL, CIMA, ACCA, or a similar is added advantage
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in financial management, accounting or budgeting
- Experience in the manufacturing field will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Male candidates are preferable
