The Job
The selected candidate will be engaging in business development and growth of assigned customers while managing end to end customer service and relationship of the customer. This will encompass,
- Drive the developments and Sampling for the customer.
- Ability to perform product costings & do the quotations in fast & accurate manner.
- Work with the relevant stakeholders on design and innovations and drive the execution part with end to end follow up.
- Work to get new businesses and product opportunities and drive with proper collaboration among internal & external stakeholders.
- To develop a strong relationship with the vendors, retailers and designers and work on seasonal calendars while visiting customers on regular basis.
- Provide timely & accurate information to the Management while maintaining proper records to make right decisions on brands building.
- Organize and execute road shows/customer presentations to the customers.
- Accurate information sharing and constant & fast communication with the customer.
- Ability to analyze the profitability and the technicality of the product.
- Work on special strategic projects assigned by the management as & when needed.
- Need to manage customer commitments inform of yarn /greige across the Group while ensuring accurate forecasting based on customer inputs.
- Provide necessary information as per the S&OP process to internal teams for RM booking, Capacity reservation and customer delivery management.
- Evaluate & analyze the current processes & systems with the aim of coming up with required changes, which could improve overall efficiencies.
- Quoting Prices and facilitating the pricing discussions.
- Corporate with Bulk merchants and internal teams to maintain the real time accurate data in all internal systems.
- Managing customer visits as well as maintaining proper records and other critical factors.
The Person
- Should possess a Diploma / BSc degree / Professional Qualification in Marketing Management, Textiles or CIM/CIMA part/full qualification.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar capacity.
- Knowledge in data analytical skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and language skills (Fluent in English).
- Negotiations and effective customer relationship management.
