MANAGER - SALES
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
- Drive sales strategies in line with the company’s premium positioning.
- Represent the Aviyana brand with professionalism, discretion, and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience from inquiry to close.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate, Insurance, Medical, or Pharmaceutical sales.
- Proven ability to deliver consistent sales performance in a competitive market.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Sinhala (proficiency in other languages is advantageous).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a strong team player with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
