Accountant Executive - (Galle)
We are on the lookout for Accountant to join at Happy Cook Lanka Food (PVT) Ltd.
Happy Cook Lanka Food (Pvt) Ltd is looking for an energetic, hardworking result-oriented candidate to fill the below vacancy immediately at our Factory located in Galle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of the organization’s budget and financial forecasts.
- Preparing and submission of monthly financial reports
- Liaise with banks, auditors, secretaries, tax consultants and other authorities
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, developing budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models to support business objectives.
- Monitoring and maintaining records of cash flow, supplier bill payment, petty cash and general ledger accounts to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Ensure to provide accurate information and reports to the management.
Candidate Profile:
- Part qualified in CA/CIMA/ACCA and preferably a degree in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Finance
- Should have thorough knowledge in preparing financial statements monthly/quarterly/yearly.
- Knowledge in Accounting & Financial Principles, regulatory requirements etc.
- Computer Literacy in Accounting Packages and also MS Office
- Should be an enthusiastic, self-learning individual & leader by example.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, take challenges and strictly follow instructions.
- Must be a keen and quick learner – ability to work independently in an unsupervised environment
