Accountant
Smart Pick Pack Private Limited is a registered company as a limited company under the companies' act of Sri Lanka. With Smart Pick Pack brand name, we started the operations on 09th December 2020 with one warehouse in Ipalogama. We are delivering the consumer items to our customers' door step with a competitive price. When expanding our network we opened two (2) main warehouses, one (1) mini warehouse and also with Twenty (20) branches, (6) outlets.
Responsibility:
- Manage accounts payable and processes.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, prepare monthly liquidity forecast.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Communicate financial information to management and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and record-keeping.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting field or related field and part qualified in CA or fully qualification in AAT.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account field, preferably with experience.
- Strong understanding in supermarket operation of basic accounting principles and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and other accounting software.
- Excellent attention to details and organizational skills.
- Excellent accuracy and ability to maintain error-free financial records.
- Ability to handle multiple financial tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet strict deadlines.
- Preferably a resident within Close Proximity To Gampaha.
