WE ARE HIRING
QUANTITY SURVEYOR CUM PLANNER (Male)
- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 08 years of experience, including at least 05 years in residential projects.
- Review construction drawings and prepare quantity requirements.
- Monitor material inventory and initiate orders as necessary.
- Knowledge about building codes, BSR, BOQ, BOM and other relevant standards.
- Prepare reports, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
- Must possess a commanding personality with an eye for accuracy.
- Ability to create a respectful and collaborative work environment within the team.
- Analyze maintenance and material costs, and negotiate contracts for optimal terms.
- Efficiency to manage multiple construction projects.
