BYD, a global powerhouse, secured the position as the Global number one New Energy Vehicles (NEV) sales in 2022 and 2023 is committed towards sustainable transportation solutions.
What you need to do
- Responsible for the development, delivery, and ongoing maintenance of training programs to the BYD Island wide network of dealerships both online and in face-to-face format to ensure competence in all Sales employees for all the BYD products and the soft skills.
- Active involvement in the BYD Academy project.
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end L&D activities, including scheduling sessions, liaising with trainers, and overseeing logistics.
- Track and analyze training metrics (e.g., feedback scores, training hours, completion rates) to measure effectiveness and impact.
- Manage learning platforms (LMS) and ensure learning content is up to date and accessible.
- Support the creation and rollout of employee development plans and career pathing initiatives.
- Build relationships with external training vendors and evaluate their effectiveness.
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in learning and development or talent management roles.
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
