Customer Support Associate

Care Systems South Asia (Pvt) Ltd. is a branch of Care Systems Inc. in the USA, a fast-growing company specializing in IT solutions for Staff Scheduling and Staffing Management Systems worldwide. We currently cater to clients in the USA, the UK, and the Middle East. Care Systems has job openings for Customer Support Associates.

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our Customer Support Department. This is a unique opportunity for those with strong mathematical and logical reasoning skills, professional English communication abilities, and a willingness to work early morning hours in a remote work setup.

The successful candidates will be offered a competitive salary package commensurate with their skills, experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be available to work from 5:00 AM each working day
  • Provide Tier-1 Support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot basic product issues and escalate where necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of support interactions
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to resolve user queries
  • Uphold customer service standards and contribute to a positive support experience

Qualifications

  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn software tools
  • Professional level of spoken English
  • Reliable and punctual, with the ability to consistently start work at 5:00 AM
  • Formal degree not required – we prioritize skill, attitude, and work ethic
