Principal
Qualification: Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (Experience in similar field would be an added advantage)
Salary: MVR 24,000 (All Inclusive) (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in the development and continuous improvement of educational programs.
- Ensure that teaching practices are effective and aligned with educational standards.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Implement programs and policies that encourage student engagement and success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the community.
- Develop and manage the school budget and allocate resources effectively.
