About the Role:

The role is ideal for an enthusiastic Assistant Accountant with minimum two years' experience, who is looking for an opportunity to develop within a supportive team. Some of the key responsibilities of the position include:

  • Daily processing of remittances and banking into our accounting system
  • Assist and provide analysis in the preparation of high-quality reporting
  • Working closely with the operational team on job reconciliation, billing and revenue management
  • Supporting the wider finance team with accounts receivable/payable processing
  • Assisting with all components of the finance function during periods of leave and high volume

About You:

As our successful candidate, you will possess the following:

  • High Proficiency in Verbal and Written English
  • Two years' minimum of relevant experience
  • Previous experience working with MYOB desirable
  • Advanced Excel / PowerBI Skills
  • Ability to learn new software and processes
  • The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong numerical, written, verbal, and comprehension skills are essential
  • Adaptable with a positive & professional team attitude
  • Well-developed organisational skills and a thorough comprehension of computer and

Monday to Friday 6 am to 2.30 pm
