Release and analyze product costing for General Plant operations
Update and verify activity rates in the system
Prepare SKU-wise margin variance reports to identify reasons for budget and forecast deviations
Highlight potential risks that could lead to future margin variances and support in resolving them
Manage costings, gross profit analysis, and investment appraisals for BTS, School, and Color categories
Participate in NPD meetings related to BTS, School, and Color categories
Ensure Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Total Conversion Cost (TCC) are up to date in pricing models
Recommend MRP pricing to the branding team
Collaborate with brand managers in pricing discussions and approve price memos

Completed qualifications in Finance or Business Management
Part-qualified in CMA, CIMA, ACCA, CA, or an equivalent professional certification
Minimum 6 months internship experience in Finance (exposure to FMCG is an added advantage)
Self-driven with the ability to work independently
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
A creative problem-solver with a flair for innovation
