BYD, a global powerhouse, secured the position as the Global number one New Energy Vehicles (NEV) sales in 2022 and 2023 is committed towards sustainable transportation solutions.
What you need to do
- Manage and optimize the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at each stage.
- Streamline and automate sales processes to improve productivity and reduce manual efforts. Identify and implement CRM system enhancements to support sales operations.
- Customer services excellence to ensure that the products and services offered by the organization are customer friendly and the complaints from customers are resolved effectively.
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure that there’s enough stock to meet demand but not so much that resources are wasted. This often involves liaising with suppliers and managing procurement processes.
- Responsible for selecting and managing relationships with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring that they meet contractual obligations and quality standards.
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or Management.
- 2 years of combined experience with Automotives Sales operations.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret the most complex documents.
- Ability to analyse problems and strategize for better and faster solutions.
